Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishables, custom, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Exchange: Return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

How to Return

  • Email UmSafeStore@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.
  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the item.
  • If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, contact UmSafeStore@gmail.com.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

  • Free worldwide shipping for orders over $100. Processing takes 3–5 days; delivery is estimated at 7–35 business days.
  • Pre-ordered/back-ordered items ship separately when available.
  • Track your package via the confirmation email with the tracking ID.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. Refunds take 3–5 business days to process.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any defects, damages, or wrong items within 72 hours to UmSafeStore@gmail.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier with tracking details for assistance.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

  • EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet return conditions.
