SHIPPING
We're thrilled to offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders 100$ above ! Please be aware that we require an average of 3 to 5 working days to process your order before dispatch. Rest assured, we're working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 35 business days, depending on your location. Please consider potential delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we'll ship the available items immediately and the rest as soon as they are in stock. If you receive only part of your order initially, don't worry – the remaining items will follow shortly.
Tracking your order:
Expect a confirmation email or text (if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package's journey. Visit our Tracking Page for updates. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to appear.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Ensure the shipping address is correct; however, if an error occurs, contact us promptly at UmSafeStore@gmail.com. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, but corrections are possible within a limited timeframe.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the original packaging. Some items, like health and personal care products, are non-returnable. For returns, email us at UmSafeStore@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your Paypal account or the credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds:
Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank if a refund is delayed. If issues persist, email us at UmSafeStore@gmail.com.
Sale items, Exchanges, and Gifts:

Shipping for Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Mr Tech Dazzler Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here UmSafeStore@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
